Let’s share our time together to Meditate and Create.

You will be guided by our Meditation Teacher Yahhila. She will guide you and share with you tools you can use on your own time. Meditation clams the mind and body, and can also help to lower blood pressure, plus so much more.

Our Artist, Saije, will guide you to create a make-up bag or a small purse for any occasion, using upcycled materials. We will provide all the materials. Come with an open mind and ready to experience something different.

What's included: Yoga Mats, Art Supplies/Materials, Appetizers, Wine, Music & Fun.

Agenda

• Doors open at 4:30pm
• Meditation: 5:00pm to 5:40pm
• Wine and Appetizers
• Create: 6:00pm to 7:30pm
