Come out to Brinton Run Preserve and learn the names and medicinal values of the plants growing all around you. Be guided through the mindfulness practice of forest bathing to bring ease and vitality to your mind. Learn how to harvest safely and ethically as we wildcraft together and integrate through a tea ceremony.
About your facilitator:
Kellie Lynch is a trauma-informed menstrual cycle coach, herbalist, nurse, and equine - assisted therapy facilitator. Along with her team of plants, she has had the immense honor of serving local recovery homes through her unique modality of plant connection, therapeutic gardening, and clinical herbalism.
She is beyond excited to offer this insight and empowerment to her local community in partnership with Brinton Run Preserve!
