The truth is, it might never get quiet in there, per se, but eventually the more you practice, the more you will learn how to soften, surrender, listen, and observe. Who couldn't use a little help or an ally to help make the process a bit easier!

Thanks to our DIVINE Earth Mama 🌎 who has provided us with soul many plants and herbs that can assist us in soul many ways. In Medicinal Meditations we will provide a different plant ally each month to explore how it can support us along our journey into meditation and going within! They can support us physically, mentally, and spiritually.
