Learning to love our queerness is not always something that comes naturally. For many, the journey has been one of trauma and isolation, shaped by centuries of ostracism for simply being who we are and loving who we love. It’s time to heal. 🫶

Join Suey "Zee" Mendez for Phoenix Rising’s monthly Queer Healing Circle, where you will connect with conscious queer community (and supportive allies), all coming together to heal & dismantle the wounds of the past. This sacred space is designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit in a safe and inclusive environment.

Our circle is built around healing modalities that honor the complexity of our queer identities and the transformative power of community. You’ll experience one or more of the following:

• Hands-on Reiki to restore energy balance and promote relaxation
• Sound Healing to release trapped emotions and create deep inner peace
• Akashic Records to gain insight and understanding of your soul’s journey
• Personal Tarot Mini Readings for guidance and empowerment
• Breathwork to release tension and clear stagnant energy
• Guided Meditation to cultivate mindfulness and self-acceptance
• Sacred Movement & Physical Embodiment to reconnect with your body and joy
• Vocal Toning & Reclamation to reclaim your voice and express your truth

This is your space to reconnect, heal, and rise from the ashes, celebrating your unique queerness. All are welcome. We invite you to show up exactly as you are—whole, worthy, and loved.

Meet the Facilitator:

Suey “Zee” Mendez is a clauraudient healer & teacher of the healing arts who began to notice their spiritual gifts during their pregnancy with their youngest child. Beginning to get in tune with energy, Suey soon began to receive clear and direct messages from the spiritual realm. They find themselves lucky and blessed to be able to channel those high vibrational divine frequency to help facilitate healing on all levels.
