This event does not require registration.
If you are living with a chronic condition or disease, or know someone who is, this session is for you! Attendees will learn about the File of Life Initiative, the Knox Box Program, Advance Care Planning, and how to initiate difficult conversations with those they love. This session is both educational and empowering and will leave you feeling more confident and prepared for a medical emergency, should one occur.
This event is a collaboration between Northwestern Medicine, DeKalb Fire Department, Sycamore Fire Department, Northern Illinois Hospice, and DeKalb Township.
This event and free and intended for adults. Light refreshments will be served.
