Join us for the MED Instead of Meds class series! This class series will help you Go Med by exploring 7 Simple steps to eating the Med Way. Learn Med tips, life hacks, and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day. The simple, delicious, and satisfying Med Way of eating will keep you coming back for more!
Eating like those who live in the Mediterranean region has been shown to promote health and decrease the risk of many chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and high blood pressure.
Classes include instruction, hands on food preparation, cooking, and taste-testing at the end.
The MED Instead of Meds series will be offered on Fridays at 10:00-12:00pm starting January 31st and ending March 7th.
