The most delicious menudo ever!!! Some of you may already be familiar with the vegan menudo that I have been serving up for the last few years & now is your chance to learn how to make it from scratch. The best part is that the mushroom I found to replace the tripe is extremely healthy (big time collagen booster) and also known as a secret beauty aid in Japan ! In this immersive hands on two hour class, we will all be cutting, chopping, cooking, stirring, and learning the whole menudo- making process & of course I’ll be introducing you to the two mushrooms that I use in place of the traditional meat products that are in Menudo. We will also make blue corn tortillas from scratch that will pair perfectly with our Menudo! At the end of class everyone will enjoy a large bowl of the Vegan Menudo that we created with all of the traditional toppings like cilantro, onion, lime, and corn tortillas! Most of all you will be going home with recipe cards and all of the knowledge and confidence that you need to make this your new favorite dish. Tickets are $40. Pp. Message me to join.
