Join us for an immersive, hands-on cheese making experience led by beloved local chef Gourmet Faye. Learn a traditional craft and experience just how magical fresh cheese can be.
Guests will learn the fundamentals of making fresh mozzarella and ricotta from scratch, watching simple ingredients transform into soft, natural, just-made cheese. Along the way, you’ll gain insight into technique, texture, and timing. Then finish with a tasting of both cheeses at peak freshness.
