Join Chef Josh, Head Chef at Lost Dog Café and Lounge, on October 5th or 19th, from 5-8 p.m. for an introductory course on creating satisfying, meat-based comfort food from scratch. You’ll gain experience preparing a variety of soups, stews and chowders, as well as learn the difference between stocks and broths, the role of cream-based ingredients, and the techniques used to develop depth of flavor!
