Join this facilitated, hands-on Foundations workshop designed to help you take practical steps toward understanding and demonstrating the impact of your volunteers.Using Volunteering WA's Measuring Change Toolkit, you'll roll up your sleeves and work through interactive activities to start building a simple evaluation approach for your organisation. Along the way, you'll exchange ideas with peers, explore real examples, and test out questions and tools you can use with your volunteers.
By the end of the session, you'll walk away with a clearer plan, practical questions to ask, and the confidence to start collecting and using data to better understand the difference your volunteers make.
