About this Event

The Business Analysis and Service Design professions have never been more closely connected.

Both seek to understand users, stakeholders, processes, and outcomes. Both help organisations navigate complexity and deliver meaningful change. Yet each discipline brings its own mindset, tools and approaches.

At our next Manchester BA Community event, we're delighted to welcome Daniel and Lee, who will guide us through a discussion on:

  • What Business Analysis and Service Design have in common
  • Key differences between the two disciplines
  • Typical responsibilities and ways of working
  • How BAs and Service Designers can collaborate effectively
  • Skills that transfer between both professions
  • Career insights for those interested in either path

This session will include a presentation from both speakers followed by an opportunity for questions and discussion.

Whether you identify as a BA, Service Designer or Product professional you'll find plenty to take away from this evening.
