This class will immerse you in the relaxing and healing power of sound with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and more.
The hour will begin with breathwork and meditation. Then you will be immersed in the energy of the sound as it washes over you and through you. The waves of sound will help clear energetic blockages and bring you to a deep and restorative meditative state.
By the end of the hour you will feel calm, centered, peaceful, rejuvenated.
Come wearing comfortable clothes and bring:
-a blanket and pillow
