For those of us that struggle with traditional meditation of “being still and silent,” a sound bath is a type of guided meditation that uses sound to take your mind on a journey. In a sound bath, the guide uses crystal music bowls of varying frequency to create a methodic flow that relaxes the body and allows you to reach a deeper meditative state.
Once a month, at each full moon, we welcome you to ECS for our Good Vibrations Full Moon Sound Bath.
Benefits:
