Matt York

In 2019, the Boston Globe named Matt York's new album "Bruisable Heart" one of their top albums of the year. Based in Boston, York's newest album "Gently Used" was released in June, 2022. Glide Magazine says of it, "Gently Used bears all the hallmarks of masters at work — a timeless Americana listening experience crafted at the crossroads of York’s songcraft and his ace studio band lending their own flourishes". Americana UK calls it "Simply Beautiful". In 2022, York also released a book called "The Highwaymen - Songs and Stories" about the country supergroup. This has been an incredibly busy year and York is on pace to do 150 shows before the year ends.
