Based on the novel by Roald Dahl, Matilda the Musical centers on Matilda Wormwood, an incredibly smart little girl with telekinetic abilities. She overcomes obstacles caused by her selfish and unloving family as well as the tyrannical principal at her school. This play features over 20 Lake County youth, ages 7-19, supported on stage by several talented local adult performers.
