Throughout the weekend, we’ll break down foundational Pilates concepts in a way that’s approachable, clear, and rooted in functional movement. You’ll explore how to build strength, stability, and control in your students while maintaining flow, creativity, and accessibility. Expect a blend of discussion, movement, and hands-on practice so you can truly embody what you’re teaching and not just memorize it.
