MOVE FOR CONFIDENCE 2026

Welcome to Move for Confidence 2026! This donation event is designed to remind women and girls that fitness and physical movement is essential to unlocking the values of self-confidence, resiliency, commitment, balance, and community. No matter what shape, size, age or fitness level, we believe movement brings power.

This all levels 90-minute workout experience combines Pilates, Barre, Dance, & Yoga. Participants are encouraged to shed their shirt and workout in just their sports bra in an effort to find comfort in the skin they are in. We invite all past participates to wear your Confidence is Beautiful sports bra from previous years.

This is a fundraiser to help lift up and support our future female leaders and do-ers as well as remind all women to love the body they have been blessed with. All proceeds from Move for Confidence go to Movemeant Foundation’s impact programs that focus on providing at-risk, low-income girls with the funding, education and resources to build self-worth and confidence through sports and fitness.

Teacher line up includes Master Pilates Teacher Trainers and Mentors, Kelly Snailum and Jessica Pate, Yogi guru and Dreamer, Debbie Popiel, Lead Barre Teacher and Inspirer, Bridgette Sabanosh and Somatic Healing and Embodiment Mentor, Patty Tapia.
