This course is designed for the yoga or fitness instructor to learn the basics of mat pilates. Develop the skills to teach a mat pilates class. This course is approved for ACE ceus. Yoga Alliance CEUs available for registered yoga teachers.
$275/person (+Discount for Active Forged Soul Instructors and Members/Previous Forged Soul Course Participants) if registered by 6/18.
$300/ plus above discounts if registered after 6/18.
