This course is designed for the yoga or fitness instructor to learn the basics of mat pilates. Develop the skills to teach a mat pilates class. This course is approved for ACE ceus. Yoga Alliance CEUs available for registered yoga teachers.
$275/person if registered by 6/18.
$300 if registered after 6/18.
