Mat Pilates class with Ember Pilates at Beem Light Sauna

This complimentary Mat Pilates class will take place at Beem Light Sauna.

As we’ll be moving on the floor, please bring one to two mats (or a mat and a towel for added cushion), along with water.

After class enjoy samples from Siesta Sea Moss & Juices and schedule a sauna or red light therapy session at Beem!

Kindly arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle in before we begin.
