Mat Pilates class with Ember Pilates

This complimentary Mat Pilates class will take place in the covered breezeway between 1981 and 1983 Main Street as part of the Aster & Links apartment building.

As we’ll be moving on the ground, please bring one to two mats (or a mat and a towel for added cushion), along with water.

Kindly arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle in before we begin.
