Join us for a mindful Pilates experience focused on controlled sequences, intentional movement, core strength, and a steady full-body burn. This low-impact class is designed to help you slow down, connect with your breath, and build strength from the inside out. Perfect for all fitness levels.
- What to Bring: Water, comfortable workout attire, and a mat if you have one. A limited number of mats will be available.
- Free parking is available in the large on-site parking lot. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
Stay after class for light refreshments and an opportunity to connect with others in the community.
