Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or stuck in “go mode”?
This gentle, supportive group is designed to help you reconnect with your body, slow down, and practice practical tools for nervous system regulation in a compassionate, low-pressure environment.
This offering combines accessible yoga, grounding practices, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system support techniques to help participants reduce stress and build greater emotional awareness and self-compassion.
✨ This group may be supportive for individuals experiencing:
• Anxiety or chronic stress
• Burnout or overwhelm
• Difficulty relaxing or slowing down
• Emotional exhaustion
• Sensory overwhelm
• Nervous system dysregulation
No prior yoga experience is needed. Movements and practices can be adapted for varying comfort levels, energy capacities, and mobility needs. This is a beginner-friendly and neurodiversity-affirming space.
Our focus is not on performance or flexibility — it’s on creating space to breathe, reconnect, and care for yourself gently. 💚
Please bring:
🌿 A yoga mat or comfortable surface

🌿 Any supportive items that help you feel comfortable (blankets, pillows, fidgets, etc.)
