Join Angelica Janik as she guides you through specific techniques aimed at mastering your nervous system and cultivating a sense of balance and resilience.

About the Experience:

An experienced facilitator with over 15 years in the wellness industry will guide you through a combination of movement, breathing techniques, chanting, and meditation. You'll learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system and enhance your overall well-being, which you can take home and practice.

• Practical Techniques: Explore a variety of techniques, including movement practices, breathwork, chanting and meditation, to help you regulate your nervous system and manage stress effectively.
• Psychoeducation: Dive into specific theories and modalities that shed light on the mind-body connection, empowering you with knowledge to support your journey towards greater resilience and vitality.

What are Angelica Credentials/ Experience?:

• Over 1000 hours as a Certified Yoga Teacher, trained in Rishikesh, India - Since 2009.
• Completed Level I of Kundalini Yoga at the Kundalini Research Institute in New Mexico - 2018.
• Completed Bhava Spandana Program (BSP) and Shoonya at the ISHA Foundation of Inner Sciences - 2016 & 2023.
• Participated in two 12-day Vipassana experiences - 2012 & 2014.
• Certified CranioSacral-1 Clinician - 2015
• Holds an B.A. in Psychology - 2022
• Completed a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology - 2024.
• Since Summer 2025, Angelica has been working as a Provisional Psychologist in Calgary, AB.

Info: Angelica customizes each workshop based on various factors, including the participants' personal histories of physical and mental symptoms, as well as the overall group energy. As a result, techniques and strategies are developed spontaneously, making each session unique. However, the workshop may involve practices and activities such as yoga, kundalini, pranayama, chanting, dance, meditation, and more.
