Learn to manage performance anxiety with practical tools for calm, focus, and confidence on stage as a musician.
About this Event

Performance anxiety affects musicians at every level, from first-time performers to seasoned professionals. This seminar is designed to help you understand what happens in your mind and body when you step into the spotlight, and how to work with it rather than against it.

Led by MoeFlex, professional performer, DJ, MC, choreographer, and musicality coach, this session combines practical performance experience with mindset and body-based techniques.

You will explore how to regulate your breathing and heart rate under pressure, how to recognise and manage your internal self-talk, and how to build awareness of your personal “performance space” so you feel more grounded and in control when you perform.

We will also look at the psychology of performing in front of others, whether that is a small audience in a studio setting or a large stage environment, and how anxiety can show up differently for each performer.

By the end of the seminar, you will leave with practical tools you can apply immediately in rehearsals, auditions, and live performance situations, helping you move from tension and overthinking into clarity, presence, and control.
