A 5 hour session which is intended to allow students to progress further in the syllabus they are studying, try out a new syllabus or get some practice at Grappling or Sparring.
The first 2 hours is restricted to Purple Belts and above to allow time to develop our Senior Belts and Instructional team. After 1400hrs any grade of student may then attend.
Spaces will be limited to 16 people to allow for good Instructor / Student Ratio.
Course cost is £20 per student.
