Join the first ‘Live Rhythms’ band in North Devon, as our collective plays LIVE and flow to an elemental dance movement inspired by Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms.
As Samhain approaches - when the veil is thin - we honour the departed and our ancestors through free dance and movement.
Come and move with us at Shanti Yoga & Wellness Space in Bideford, as we take you through a carefully facilitated mindful dance session, then gather in circle.
