Master Class with James Alexander-Sinclair: The Healing Power of Garden Design

Not to be missed: An unprecedented opportunity to learn in-person from James Alexander-Sinclair, FSGLD, one of Britain’s most accomplished garden designers. He will detail the goals and processes for his project at Horatio’s Garden, a United Kingdom charity that commissions designers to create healing gardens at spinal injury treatment centers. The gardens serve as places of reflection, respite and joy for patients, staff and visitors alike. James will share insights about the project’s hardscaping choices, plant selection and planting design, and address the power of gardens to heal — physically, spiritually and emotionally.
