Join us to celebrate the unique wines of the Veneto – Amarone and Ripasso, famed for their rich flavours which are created in the grape drying process, known locally as appassimento. This process adapted over generations to specifically work for the unique grapes and places in the Veneto, and during this seminar we will explore Masi Amarones featuring these unique grape varieties and vineyard sites such as Mazzano, Campolongo di Torbe and Vaio Armaron.
