February 13-16 – Maryville College Theatre Department presents: Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare
Clayton Center for the Arts, Haslam Family Flexible Theatre
Performances are scheduled for 8 p.m. February 13-15 and 2 p.m. February 16.
The classic tale of star-crossed lovers, unaware parents, fickle loyalties, and tragic sacrifice brought to you for Valentine’s Day. Join the talented students and faculty at Maryville College as they present an intimate, immediate, and unruly production. Staged in the round, with the action amongst the audience, this Romeo and Juliet will change the way you think Shakespeare should be performed. Join us February 13-16th for a familiar tale made new.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors (ages 60 and older) and area students (under 18). Admission is free for MC students, faculty, and staff with ID, although a printed ticket is required for admission. Tickets are available on the Clayton Center website at claytonartscenter.com.
