4-Week Beginner Xingyi Martial Arts Intensive (Chelsea, NYC)
No experience needed — learn traditional Chinese internal martial arts (Xingyi Quan) from the ground up.
Build structure, coordination, and explosive whole-body power through guided Five Elements training inside a professional studio environment in Chelsea.

Over four weeks, you’ll develop foundational internal martial arts mechanics through the Five Elements (Wu Xing), the core training system of Xingyi Quan:

• Splitting (Pi) – Metal: Crisp, downward cutting power and structural alignment
• Drilling (Zuan) – Water: Upward spiraling energy and fluid body connection
• Crushing (Beng) – Wood: Direct, explosive linear force generation
• Pounding (Pao) – Fire: Dynamic bursting power and reactive striking mechanics
• Crossing (Heng) – Earth: Stable, diagonal power and structural continuity

Training Focus

Each class emphasizes:

• Body structure and alignment under pressure
• Whole-body power generation (not isolated muscle strength)
• Internal coordination through stepping and striking drills
• Martial intent and directional force training
• Practical Xingyi fundamentals you can build on long-term
