Are you interested in learning how to cook over an open fire? Step back in time to prepare seasonal 18th century receipts. We will cover cooking safety and basic cooking techniques from period cookbooks.
Whole foods such as eggs, dairy, meat, wheat and nuts will be used to create these dishes.
Diner will be during the four O’clock hour.
Cost is $75.00 per person, ages sixteen and older.
