About this Event

Marketplace Agent Certification Training is a required course for agents and brokers who write on the exchange in Oregon and fulfils Marketplace’s annual training requirement for both new and returning agents.

Join us for an in-person training experience that will cover everything from the basics of Marketplace coverage to how to complete an Oregon Explore Health application, and post-enrollment navigation assistance. This is a unique opportunity to satisfy the annual Marketplace training requirements, earn CE credit, and network with other like-minded professionals!

This training has 5 modules.

Module 1 - In-person training (this training)

Module 2 - Privacy and Security (on-demand in our training system Trakstar)

Module 3- Required survey (on-demand in our training system Trakstar)

Module 4 - Exam (You must score 80% or higher, on-demand in our training system Trakstar)

Module 5- SHOP (an OPTIONAL on-demand in our training system Trakstar)

You will receive an email within 2 business days of this training prompting you to complete the remaining modules and exam in our online training system.

All modules must be completed in their entirety to pass this course, though module 5 (SHOP) is only required for agents/brokers who write SHOP coverage.
