Mariposa Basket Weaving (Knot Stitch)

In this new class you will learn the knot stitch (Mariposa) to make a basket with cotton cording and "rags" or fabric strips using a tapestry needle. A great way to recycle or use up your leftover fabric from other projects.
Open to all skill levels- including beginners. Recommended for ages 12 and up. All materials are provided.
Already taken a basket weaving class with Sue before? This class teaches a different technique!
Seats are limited. Early registration encouraged.
