Summer Blast
This class will keep your body moving. It is a combination of body strength exercises, cardio, mobility, and flexibility. Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This class tones upper body, lower body, and core using your own body weight. Everything can be modified.
Bring your own Mat and Water Bottle.
