Mario Kart is back at Famulari’s Cainhoy on Saturday, September 12, and only 16 racers are getting on the starting line.
We’re firing up Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on the original Nintendo Switch for a head-to-head, win-and-advance tournament. Entry is $5, house cash is on the line, and the bracket keeps moving until one racer survives the red shells, banana peels, shortcuts, and inevitable blue-shell heartbreak.
Win your race and advance. Lose, and you’ll have plenty of time to explain how the game clearly had it out for you.
Racing runs from 8 to 11 p.m.
Only 16 racers can enter. Once the grid is full, that’s it.
