Topic: Training the Canter
Developing the canter from early stages to more advanced moves including simple and flying changes and a canter suitable for jumping.
What does a good canter look or feel like at different stages of development? Exercises to work on improving the canter for both dressage tests and jumping. Training towards simple and flying changes. Jane will provide plenty of ideas for both dressage and jump riders wanting to improve the canter work for different levels.
Jane Bartle Wilson is Director of Equitation at the Yorkshire Riding Centre, Chief Instructor and Trainer at the Centre working with eventers and dressage riders and is a BHSI.
Anyone who has attended previous lecture demo's by Jane will know they are both hugely informative but also great fun!
