Known for meticulously crafted share plates that balance global flavor with the unique produce and artisanal offerings of Colorado, Margot's Chef Justin Fulton and Sommelier Jane Ledford curate a tasting built entirely around Colorado terroir — five distinctly summer dishes from Margot's kitchen, paired with five wines from , Colorado's leading natural wine producer, exploring the high desert and alpine character that defines Colorado's emerging wine country.
Guests can expect an elevated festival experience built around a curated flight of five premium wines, paired with chef-prepared small bites from a tasting menu crafted exclusively by Chef Fulton of Margot for this session. Each guest will also receive a VIP token of appreciation.

The Denver French Fest VIP Tastings advance the mission of the : to promote and develop commercial exchange, trade, and investment between France and the Rocky Mountain region. They also shine a light on the local French and French-inspired restaurants, chefs, and wine partners who give our community its flavor, each session highlights culinary artisans to share their craft with new audiences and grow across the Front Range. Proceeds support the Chamber's year-round work championing international companies in the Rocky Mountain region, and every table and ticket helps sustain a nonprofit community built on the belief that France and the Rocky Mountain West are stronger when we do business together!
