For The Maggy Tasting, Chef de Cuisine Cameron Dempsey and Beverage Supervisor Harrison Christensen bring that philosophy to the VIP Tasting Area with a nod to Chef Ludo's home region of Burgundy, reimagined through Colorado's own pantry. Hosted by Cameron Dempsey, Chef de Cuisine, with Harrison Christensen, Beverage Supervisor.
Guests can expect an elevated festival experience built around a curated flight of premium wines from Chez Maggy, paired with chef-prepared small bites from a tasting menu crafted exclusively for this session. Each guest will also receive a VIP token of appreciation.
