For the first time, I'm opening up a single casual Mum's & Bub's Yoga class in Mareeba.
My postnatal yoga classes are usually offered as a term series, so this is a rare opportunity to join a one-off session. If you've been curious about Mum's & Bub's Yoga but weren't ready to commit to a full term, this is the perfect chance to come along and experience it for yourself.
Designed for mothers who would like to ease back into movement, stretch tired muscles, and connect with other local mums, the class includes gentle postnatal yoga, breathing practices, relaxation, and opportunities to interact and bond with your baby.
Feeding, cuddling, changing nappies, and tending to your little one are all welcome throughout the session. There is no pressure to "do it perfectly"—this is a baby-friendly space where real motherhood is celebrated.
Whether you're feeling stiff from feeding, carrying and sleepless nights, or simply looking for connection with other mums, this class offers a chance to nurture yourself while keeping your baby close.
Babies of all ages are welcome. If your little one is crawling or walking, feel free to bring along a few favourite toys.
After class, stay and enjoy a coffee and a chat with other local mums.

Suitable from approximately 6 weeks postpartum (or once cleared by your healthcare provider).
