A 1-hour session designed to help you release stress and tension, settle the mind, and reconnect with yourself through the power of your breath.
As the layers of busyness begin to soften, something else often emerges.
A deeper sense of calm.
A feeling of coming home to yourself.
The space between thoughts.
The pause between breaths where you remember the peace that has been within you all along.
For some, it’s simply deep relaxation.
For others, it’s a profound connection with their body, emotions, intuition, or the vastness within.
Each experience is unique, and I truly believe you receive exactly the experience you need on the day.
What breathwork so beautifully reminds us is that there are other ways of being.
Ways that aren’t driven by endless thoughts, responsibilities, and to-do lists.
Ways that feel more spacious, more connected, more alive.
One of my favourite moments is watching people return to the room at the end of a session.
There’s often a look of surprise on their face.
A quiet wonder that something as simple and natural as breathing differently can create such a powerful shift in how they feel. 🌿

Bring a yoga mat, cushions/blanket, water bottle, a journal if you would like to integrate
through writing.
Wear comfortable, non restrictive clothes and avoid heavy meals prior to the session for a more comfortable breathing
