✨ What to Expect ✨
🍽️ Delicious Dinner – A Mardi Gras themed experience sure to satisfy!
🥂 BYOB – Bring your own libations - beer, wine, champagne, cocktails, soda! Water and tea will be provided.
🎶 Entertainment – Beats provided by the talented DJ Matt! Get ready to dance the night away!
🏆 Table Decor Contest – For those who purchase a table, bring your own Mardi Gras themed decorations and compete for the trophy!
🕺 Best Dressed Contest – Come in your sparkly Mardi Gras outfits and complete in the Best Dressed Contest. Two winners will be selected by 5 secret judges! Come home with a winning sash!
✨ Schedule of Events✨
12:00pm - 3:00pm – The room will be available to come set up your table decorations! Details: Tables are __-foot round. Tablecloth colors can be requested at time of ticket purchase or emailed to [email protected].
6:00pm – Doors open. Bring your "laissez les bons temps rouler!" attitude and drinks of choice!
7:00pm – Enjoy a fabulous dinner!
7:45pm – Announcements and Awards for Best Dressed (2 winners!) and Best Table. Five secret judges will be scoping out the scene from the start so come ready to sparkle!
8:00pm - 11:00pm – Dance Party with DJ Matt! Celebrate Mardi Gras!

💚 Full Table - $400: Includes 8 seats, dinner, entertainment, and entry in the "Best Dressed" and "Best Table Decor" competitions!
💜 Individual Seat - $60: Includes a seat at a community table, dinner, entertainment, and entry in the "Best Dressed" competition!

💚 Krewe Ally Sponsorship - $250: Includes 2 seats at a community table of 8 seats, and name listed in the event program as a community supporter.
💛 Masked Reveler Sponsorship - $500: Includes 4 seats at a community table of 8 seats, and name listed on the event website and signage. Seats provided with complimentary champagne and king cake.
💜 Royal Court Sponsorship - $1000: Includes 8 tickets/whole table, "Presented by" logo and name listed on the event website and signage. Table provided with complementary champagne and king cake. Logo and name included in Mardi Gras Gala program. Flyers with summary of business and contact available to attendees. Send event contact information to business.
💖 Empty Table Tribute Sponsorship - $400: Includes an entire table (8 seats) but it is gifted to volunteers, students, or community members who couldn't otherwise afford the $60 ticket. Table will be dedicated to the sponsor's name or business and will be recognized on the day of the event.
💖 Empty Chair Tribute Sponsorship - $60: Includes 1 seat but it is gifted to a volunteer, student, or community member who couldn't otherwise afford the $60 ticket. Chair will be dedicated to the sponsor's name or business and will be recognized on the day of the event.
