Join us on the 8th Novemeber for a panel talk from Jade and Rach covering all things strength, conditioning and nutrition with time for you to ask your questions and discuss.

A talk on body image with Dr Nadia Craddock. Nadia is an award-winning research psychologist and consultant specialising in body image and wellbeing.
There will also be a strength workshop, a team conditioning session & breath work to finish the day. Of course with some yummy food thrown into the mix!
