Mindful Art a combination of art and mindfulness, to achieve a sense of inner peace and wellbeing.About this Event
Mindful Art is an open group for adults whether or not they have experience of art .
In a quiet environment we draw circle designs with the help of compasses , templates and stencils as required and then colour them in with colour pencils or paint .
The intention is to focus on developing our individual picture in the present moment and so exclude all thoughts of our problems and the complicated world outside .
Bath and North East Somerset residents only.
