We plant seeds of intention as we move from the quiet reflection of Winter while preparing ourselves with gratitude for the rebirth and renewal gifts and sustenance that Gaia Earth Mother offers us with the Spring season.🌿

🎶Join Aimee Arendsee and Eric Bishop of Indivara Sound and Healing Arts on a celestial cosmic sound journey to help in the reduction of stress, anxiety and depression while balancing the chakras to create emotional and mental equilibrium. Experience deep relaxation into the theta meditation state enhanced by multiple planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing bowls and pyramids, koshi chimes, ocean and frame drums, bells and more to facilitate vibrational balance. Studies reveal that sound healing can assist with stimulating and balancing the immune, glandular and nervous systems. Elevate your being, embrace the magic, and manifest a transformative journey into the metaphysical wonders of sound.🎶

🌲We are excited to partner with the Puyallup Parks and Recreation to offer sound baths in Puyallup! A percentage of every ticket sale goes back to the parks department to assist them with all of their amazing programs and outreach in the community. We create a healing space rich in frequency, holding our intentions close and feeling gratitude for what is to come. 🌲

💫 Drop in Reiki Sessions available by donation from 5:30pm-6:20pm 💫

Arrive early and experience a short drop-in personal Reiki energy healing session offered by the Holistic Healing Alliance. Reiki sessions are available by donation one hour before or after the event on a first come first served basis. Suggested donation $10-15 for a 10 minute Reiki session. We are building community together. Come join us!💫
