* Drums, rattles of your choice
* Pillow, blanket of your choice if you wish to lay on the floor; chairs available too
* Potluck dish to share
Facilitators: Michelle Regan, Shari Hart, & Donna Hill (Note: We facilitated these events in person at FSCOP prior to covid for about 7 years.)
We welcome all whether you are an experienced shamanic journeyer or just curious and want to learn more. Feel free to ask any questions for clarity on this post. Children are welcome if they are of the age to enjoy a spiritual practice quietly.
