March Mindfulness - Free Sound Bath

Step into deep stillness with a restorative sound bath experience infused with yoga-based meditation, rhythmic drumming, and the healing tones of crystal singing bowls for a full-body reset.

We’ll begin with light breathwork and a guided meditation to ground the body. Then, settle in as you're surrounded by resonant frequencies from bowls, drums, and layered sound textures designed to release stress, balance your nervous system, and drop you into a meditative state.

— Meditation guidance for inner calm
— A deeply immersive, restful experience
