March Meetings: Roy & Helen Hall Memorial Library

General Meeting Timeline: 30 min of bookish chit-chat & ordering, 1 hour of silent reading, and last 30 mins to read/chat before we leave.

Important Info

- You will be meeting in the Dulaney meeting room.

- Farmers Market at Chestnut Square: If you would like to enjoy the farmers market beforehand, you can arrive early (we suggest about 30 minutes early) to shop and grab something to snack on before heading into our meeting. The farmers market is open from 9a-12p but please check their website for updates based on weather.

-There are several wonderful coffee shops in downtown McKinney you can also check out before arriving at the library for our meeting.

- Food and drinks are allowed in the library but please be mindful to keep the space clean.

Community Guidelines

3 Month Rule: If you RSVP and no-show for three meetings, you will automatically be placed on the waitlist for three months to allow others the opportunity to attend. If your plans change, we ask that you adjust your RSVP here on Eventbrite 2 days before the event, so that we have time to notify any members on the waitlist. Of course we understand that last minute issues will arise without warning, but we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. One meeting a month and paid meetings: For the time being, we ask that you attend only 1 free meeting a month. If there is a paid meeting in addition to our regular unpaid events in the same month, you are welcome to attend two meetings (1 paid and 1 unpaid).
