This class is Focused on range of motion and ease of movement, this class combines traditional stretching with yoga to increase flexibility and mobility, strengthen the core and improve posture and balance. Chairs are available for folks who need them. Bring a Yoga mat and water bottle. Register with Kingwood. Ohio Health.
