It is a heart-opening experience that invites you to connect deeply with yourself, others, and the world around you. Rooted in ancient traditions, cacao circles are designed to help you access inner wisdom, emotional healing, and spiritual growth.
What to expect? The circle is guided by Deb, a certified Cacao Leader and Reiki Master, who leads participants through meditation, intention-setting, and heart-centered practices, such as breath work, sound vibrations, Koshi Chimes or journaling. The cacao itself acts as a gentle, chocolate-like plant-based beverage that helps you relax into a deeper state of reflection, allowing you to access emotional or spiritual insights. While each circle is unique, the overarching goal is the same: to open the heart, release emotional blockages, and foster a deeper sense of connection—whether with yourself, others, or the universe. Aimee Monroe and Tara Klebowski will be co-hosts for this event!!!
